Taking the 1000KN 3100mm all electric servo bending machine as an example, the slider return and fast down speed can reach 140mm/s, and the working speed is 0-50mm/s; However, the majority of hydraulic servo bending machines of the same tonnage have slider return and fast down speeds below 120mm/s, with a working speed of only 10mm/s. Hydraulic servo bending machines are prone to malfunctions due to environmental and hydraulic system heating effects, requiring start-up preheating or shutdown for heat dissipation. However, fully electric servo bending machines have fewer components and a low failure rate, fundamentally eliminating these issues.

The machining efficiency of a fully electric servo bending machine with the same tonnage is nearly twice that of a hydraulic servo bending machine. Taking the 1000KN 3100mm bending machine as an example, after testing, it was found that the fastest bending speed of the fully electric servo bending machine can be 34 times/minute (opening height of 10mm), and the slowest can be 29 times/minute (opening height of 140mm), greatly improving production efficiency. Taking the 140mm stroke as an example, the fully electric servo bending speed is 29 times per minute, while the hydraulic servo bending speed is only 12 times per minute; Taking the 10mm stroke as an example, the fully electric servo bending speed is 34 times per minute, while the hydraulic servo bending speed is 21 times per minute.
