High bending accuracy
The fully electric servo bending machine adopts a transmission structure where the servo motor directly drives the screw, adds a magnetic grating ruler, and forms a full closed-loop control with the system to improve transmission accuracy, with a positioning accuracy of ± 0.01mm. The hydraulic servo bending machine is driven by a motor to drive an oil pump, which is input into a proportional valve through an oil circuit. The oil volume is controlled by the proportional valve for operation, so the accuracy is slightly lower, and the positioning accuracy is generally ± 0.03mm.
Energy saving, environmental protection, low cost
One of the advantages of all electric servo drive technology is that the input power of the motor is directly proportional to the size of the load power. When in standby, the motor does not rotate, almost does not consume electrical energy, and the noise during operation is much lower than that of hydraulic servo bending machines. Taking the 1000KN 3100mm servo bending machine as an example, after testing, the power consumption of the fully electric servo bending machine is 1.5kW · h, while the power consumption of the hydraulic servo bending machine is 7kW · h.
The mechanical main transmission efficiency of the fully electric servo bending machine is over 95%, while the hydraulic transmission efficiency of the hydraulic servo bending machine is below 80%. The efficiency of the hydraulic system components is lower after aging and wear. Taking the 1000KN 3100mm bending machine as an example, based on a daily working time of 8 hours, the main engine of the fully electric servo bending machine consumes about 12kW · h/d of electricity, while the hydraulic system of the hydraulic servo bending machine consumes about 56kW · h/d. The fully electric servo bending machine saves about 80% of energy.
The fully electric servo bending machine does not use hydraulic oil (saving an average of about 5000 yuan per year), and there is no hassle of replacing hydraulic oil or dismantling hydraulic components, nor is there any hydraulic oil leakage during the replacement or dismantling process, nor is there any waste oil treatment or pollution.
